• Practice of naturism
When weather conditions permit, full nudity is mandatory for everyone throughout the entire site, except in parking areas where it is strictly prohibited.
Anyone violating this rule may face sanctions not only from the Club's Board of Directors but also from legal authorities if a complaint is filed by a third party.
The "Loisirs et Soleil" Club disclaims any responsibility for individuals who do not observe this clause of the internal regulations.
Members wishing to keep their clothes near them at the pool are encouraged to undress and dress in the changing rooms.

Members of other naturist clubs must present an up-to-date club card and naturist license and pay the amount determined by the Board of Directors each year for each visit.
No daily membership fee is planned for club members, who must pay the full annual membership fee to access the site. Special cases will be reviewed each year by the Board of Directors.

• Pets
Pet owners (dogs, cats, ferrets, etc.) must provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate each year.

• Rates
The rates are approved by the General Assembly after being proposed by the Board of Directors. Membership fees are payable by check, money order, or holiday checks.

The payment for the plot must be made by January 31.
The "membership" fees must be paid by March 31.
After these dates, a 10% surcharge will be applied, in addition to follow-up fees. The payment of entry fees will be required.
The payment of the membership fee grants access to the gate lock number, which is changed on April 1st and is not to be shared.
Any membership paid during the year will expire on March 31 of the following year. Access to the site will only be possible once the membership fee is paid.
Members whose caravans have been stationed for more than 15 days in the parking area will be required to pay a monthly fee determined by the General Assembly. Any month begun is due.

• Changing rooms
A common changing room is available to members and visitors in the bungalow. Each person can use it to undress and store their clothes.
The Club disclaims any responsibility for thefts that may occur.

• Work - Maintenance - Workdays
During workdays organized by the club, members are covered by the FFN insurance. Activities off-site are not covered by this insurance. These days are dedicated solely to the maintenance of common areas.
Only Board members and the grounds commission are authorized to drive the truck.

In general, throughout the year, all members are required to actively participate in the maintenance of the camping site to ensure the smooth functioning of the club. This participation includes but is not limited to:

Maintenance of the grounds: ensuring cleanliness and good condition of communal spaces.

Maintenance of the pool: contributing to cleaning and maintenance of the pool.

Various works: participating in necessary work to improve and maintain the infrastructure of the camping site.

These tasks will be divided fairly among the members, according to each person's needs and skills. Collaboration and commitment from all are essential to ensure a pleasant and functional environment for the entire community.

During the season, from mid-June to mid-September, to maintain their plots and the surrounding area, the use of motorized equipment is permitted from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and prohibited on Sundays and holidays. Each resident must maintain their plot and surrounding area throughout the year, especially during the opening season.
Members of the grounds commission are not required to maintain residents' plots.

• Caravan camping
Camping is allowed as long as tents are placed in areas that do not obstruct the activities on the site or the circulation of people and visitors.
Caravans may only park with the approval of the Board of Directors and in designated areas.
Plots are assigned for the year and automatically renewed.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to reclaim the plot for the collective needs (work, nuisance...).
The association is not responsible for theft or damage that may occur to tents or caravans.
The plots for tents and caravans are not the property of the occupant, who must pay the corresponding fee by the end of January.
A caravan insurance certificate must be provided each year.
Any occupant who has not paid their membership fee by March 31 will receive a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt before April 15 reminding them to pay the fees. If there is no response, they will receive another letter of formal notice before May 15, stating that their caravan will be impounded at their expense starting from May 30.
Any particular issue will be examined by the Board of Directors.
The plot provided to members can only be used for leisure purposes; members cannot establish it as a permanent residence.
Plots must not be fenced off, nor should they become a secondary residence. They are part of a collective area, and access must remain possible for all members. While it is allowed to plant flowers on the plot, it must not become a vegetable garden and should remain tidy.
Members must regularly maintain their plots (trimming branches, hedges, etc.) with the permission of the office manager.
Waste must be deposited in the designated area at the bottom of the site.

• Development and construction
Developments (and constructions) on plots must be in harmony with nature. All structures must be removable.
Any additional installation (garden shed, pergola, terrace, etc.) must be requested in writing with a detailed description to the Board of Directors and may not be installed without its written approval.
The Board of Directors will conduct inspections several times a year and reserves the right to have the disputed installation removed or demolished (by the member or a company at the member's expense).
Any installation approved by the Board of Directors must comply with the specifications described in Appendix 1.
Failure to comply with construction rules will result in permanent exclusion from the site.

• Vehicle parking for members
Regardless of the time of year, vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas.

A tolerance is granted to members with plots for the year located below the pool. The plots concerned are the "Hérisson" and "Mésange" plots. In cases of real necessity, and after agreement from the Board of Directors, parking will be allowed on the plot and only on the plot.
