PAYMENTS
A deposit of 30% will be required when you make your reservation. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. The balance will then be due on the day of your arrival.

CAPACITY
The number of people indicated per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the available equipment. This limit cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons (2 adults maximum for rental caravans). Renting a pitch or a furnished tourist accommodation (rental caravan) implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions by both contracting parties.
RENTALS
Pitch Rentals: We offer you a bare pitch that can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults), where you can set up your tent, caravan, or motorhome.
Pitch Price: This is a price per night for 2 people and one installation. Pitches are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any delay will incur a charge for an additional night (the pitch must be vacated before 10:00 a.m.). This package gives you free access to sanitary facilities, reception services, the swimming pool, and the home.
Supplements: Additional persons (adults) or extra items on the pitch (electricity, pets, etc.) will incur a nightly charge.
Accommodation Rentals:
Definition of rental seasons: Please refer to the rate sheets.
Rental periods and durations: Rentals are available by the night. The rental price includes: the rental of the accommodation, utilities (gas, electricity), access to reception services, the swimming pool, and the home. Rentals are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any delay will incur a charge for an additional night (the accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 a.m.).
Transfer and subletting: All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred or sublet.
Security deposit: Renters must provide a security deposit upon arrival, the amount of which is specified in the rates. This will be refunded in full on the day of departure after a satisfactory inspection and inventory. If not, the following will be deducted from the security deposit:
– The value of missing items.
– A flat fee of €30 for insufficiently cleaned installations.
– The cost of repairs for damages caused by the occupant.
– Damages exceeding the amount of the security deposit will be charged to the client after deduction from the security deposit.
STAY MODIFICATION
Changes to the dates of stay will only be accepted if made at least 7 days before the originally scheduled date and subject to availability.
LATE ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
In the absence of written notice or a phone call from the camper stating that they had to delay their arrival date, the pitch or accommodation will become available 12 hours after the scheduled arrival date, and full payment for the services will still be required. No discount will be applied in case of a delayed arrival.
In the case of early departure, unused days will be refunded.
PROMOTIONS – LAST-MINUTE SALES
During these times, customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who paid the higher price will not be entitled to a refund of the price difference between what they paid and the promotional price. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation by Le Dorier, naturist camping association BEFORE your arrival: In case of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. All sums paid will be refunded; no other compensation can be claimed.
Cancellation by you BEFORE your arrival: You must notify the campsite in writing (registered mail or email with acknowledgment of receipt). Otherwise, you will be liable for the full payment of the contract. The campsite reminds you that under article L.121-20-4-2° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering, and leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
In case of serious illness, serious accident, or death, and upon presentation of a medical or death certificate, we allow you to postpone your stay to the current season.
For any stay cancelled that does not fall under the above clauses:
For any stay cancelled within one month (30 days) before the arrival date, 30% of the reserved stay amount will be due or retained by Le Dorier, naturist camping association. If a stay is cancelled more than one month before the arrival date, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
PETS
Pets are allowed in our rentals and on pitches under your full responsibility and must be kept on a leash. Dogs and other animals must never be left unattended. They must not be left on the campsite, even if confined, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Pets are not allowed at the pool. Dog and cat owners must provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days of the stay.
In case of a dispute, only the court in Saint-Etienne (France) has jurisdiction.
CAMPING RULES
All campers are required to comply with the camping rules, under penalty of sanctions which may include the termination of the contract.
Your stay: To prepare your stay: It is essential to plan your route. It is imperative for caravans and motorhomes to go through Roche-la-Molière. In case of a late arrival or last-minute hindrance, it is essential to notify our services. (An additional €10 for arrivals between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.). The key to your rental will be handed to you upon arrival. It is strictly prohibited to light a fire on the property. Collective barbecues are available for your use. During your stay, we ask that you respect all signage and safety instructions as posted and return the keys to your rental. On the day of departure, rentals must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. You are requested to leave the premises as clean as you found them.
