1. REGULATIONS
A deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation email. The full amount will then have to be paid on the day of your arrival.

3. CAPACITY
The number of people mentioned per unit in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons. (2 adults maximum for rental caravans) The rental of a pitch or furnished tourist accommodation (rental caravan) implies full acceptance of the conditions of sale by the contracting parties.
4. RENTALS
Rental of pitches : We provide you with a bare pitch, which can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults), to set up your tent, caravan or motorhome.
The price of the pitch: This is one price per night of occupancy for 1 person, one installation. The pitches are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 on the day of departure. Any overrun will result in an additional charge of €5 per adult (the pitch must be vacated before 10am). This package gives free access to sanitary facilities, reception services, the swimming pool and the home. Supplements : Persons (adults) or additional elements present on the site (electricity, animals, etc.) are subject to a cost per night.
Rental of accommodation: Definition of rental seasons: Refer to the price sheets. Periods and duration of rental: Rentals are possible by the night. The rental price includes: the rental of accommodation, charges (gas, electricity), access to reception services, the swimming pool, the home. Rentals are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 on the day of departure. Any overrun will result in an additional charge of €5 per adult (accommodation must be vacated before 10am). Assignment, sublease: Any lease is nominative and may under no circumstances be assigned or sublet. Security deposit: Tenants will be required to provide a security deposit upon arrival, the amount of which will appear on the rates. The latter will be returned in its entirety on the day of departure after a satisfactory inventory and exit inventory. Otherwise it will be deducted from the security deposit: - The value of the missing items - A fixed amount of 30€ for insufficiently cleaned installations. - The amount of compensation in the event of damage caused by the occupant. - Any damage exceeding the amount paid as a security deposit will be charged to the customer after deduction from the security deposit.
5. CHANGE OF STAY
Changes in the dates of stay are only accepted within a period of at least 7 days before the initial planned date and subject to availability
6. LATE ARRIVALS / EARLY DEPARTURES
In the absence of a written message or telephone call from the camper, specifying that he/she had to postpone the date of arrival, the pitch or accommodation becomes available 12 hours after the date of arrival provided for in the rental contract, and full payment of the services remains required. No discount will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.
7. PROMOTIONS - LAST MINUTE SALES
On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, customers may have paid different prices. Customers who have paid the highest price will under no circumstances be entitled to a refund representing the difference in price they have paid and the promotional price. Discounts are not cumulative with promotions.
8. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of your stay by Le Dorier, naturist camping association BEFORE your arrival: In case of force majeure, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. All sums paid would be refunded to you; no further compensation can be claimed.
Cancellation of your stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival: you must notify the campsite in writing (follow-up letter, email with acknowledgement of receipt). Failing this, the customer will be required to pay all sums due under the contract. The campsite reminds you that according to article L.121-20-4-2° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date at a specific frequency.
In case of serious illness, serious accident or death and upon presentation of a medical certificate or death we give you the possibility to postpone your stay until the current season. For any cancelled stay not covered by the above-mentioned clauses: more than 8 days before the arrival date, we will retain the equivalent of 15% of the stay. For any stay cancelled within 7 days before the arrival date, 30% of the amount of the stay booked will be due or will remain due to Le Dorier, an associative naturist campsite.
9. ANIMALS
Our friends pets are allowed in our rentals and pitches under your full responsibility and must be kept on a leash. Dogs and other animals must never be left at large. They must not be left at the campsite, even if locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible for them. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Dog and cat owners must provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate.
10. RECLAMATIONS
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with A.R. within 30 days of the stay.
In case of dispute, only the court of Saint-Etienne (France) is competent.
11. Rules of procedure
Any camper is required to comply with the campsite's internal rules or face penalties that may go as far as the termination of the contract.
Your stay: To prepare your stay: It is essential to plan your route. It is imperative for caravans and motorhomes to pass through the Boulain. In the event of late arrival or last-minute impediment, it is imperative to inform our services. (Supplement of 10€ for an arrival between 7pm and 9pm) The key to your rental will be given to you on arrival. It is strictly forbidden to light a fire on the estate. Collective barbecues are at your disposal. During your stay, we ask you to respect all the markings and safety instructions as they will be displayed to you, and to return the keys of your rental. On the day of your departure, the rentals must be vacated before 10am. You are asked to leave the place as clean as you found it.
