Order of 17 February 2014 on the obligation for campgrounds, caravans and recreational parks to have a template of the internal regulations and an information note on the conditions of location rental year round

Notice: Articles D. 331-1-1 and D. 333-4 of the Tourism Code specify that developed camping or caravanning sites must have internal regulations in accordance with a standard model approved by the Minister of Tourism and provide for the obligation to provide an information notice to all owners of mobile home rentals on the rental conditions of the sites in the year. In application of these two articles, this decree sets the "standard model" of internal regulations common to campsites, caravans and residential parks. It also provides for the particulars to be included in the information notice that the operators of these accommodations must give to all owners of mobile home rentals that rent a location in the year.

 

RULES OF PROCEDURE


I. - General conditions applicable to all persons staying at the campsite



1. Conditions of admission and residence


To be allowed to enter, to settle or to stay on a campground, it must be authorized by the manager or his representative. The latter has the obligation to ensure the proper keeping and order of the campsite and compliance with the application of these rules.

Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them.

No one can choose to live there.

 

2. Police formalities

Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them.

In accordance with Article R. 611-35 of the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right to Asylum, the Manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, a individual police record. It must mention in particular:

1 ° The name and first names

2 ° Date and place of birth

3 ° nationality

4. The habitual residence.

Children under the age of 15 may appear on the card of one of the parents.

 

3. Installation

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the directions given by the manager or his representative.
 

4. Reception desk


Open from mid June to end to end of August

At the reception desk you will find all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of refueling, sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the area and various addresses that may be useful.

A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers.

5. Display

These rules of procedure are posted at the entrance of the campground and at the reception desk. It is given to each client who requests it.

The prices of the various services are communicated to the customers under the conditions fixed by order of the Minister in charge of the consumption and consultable with the reception.

 

6. Terms of departure

Customers are invited to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the opening hours of the reception desk must pay the day before the payment of their stay.
 

7. Noise and silence

Guests are advised to avoid any noises and discussions that may be disturbing their neighbors.

The sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Closures of doors and chests should be as discreet as possible.

Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible. Pets are not allowed at the pool. Owners of dogs, cats and ferrets must provide a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate every year.

The transistors must remain discreet and are prohibited from 22 hours to 9 hours and absolutely forbidden to the pool.

Children up to 12 years old must be supervised by parents. They must not create disturbances or deteriorations.

 

8. Visitors

After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

The customer can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors. However, the use of this equipment may be subject to a fee which must be posted at the entrance of the campground and at the reception desk.

Visitors' cars are forbidden in the campground.
 

9. Traffic and parking of vehicles

Inside the campground, vehicles must be driving.

Traffic is allowed from 8 am to 10 pm from mid-June to the end of August.

Whatever the period, the vehicles must be parked in the car parks and must not circulate on the naturist part of the land.

Tolerance is given to caravaneers below the pool. In case of real need, parking will be done on the site and only on the site.

 

10. Maintenance and appearance of facilities

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including health.

    
Do not waste water (make sure faucets are properly closed).
    
It is not permitted to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.
    
Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of the author.
    
The location that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when it entered the premises.
    
It is forbidden to throw sewage on the ground or in the gutters.
    
Customers must empty the wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose.
    
Garbage, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in garbage cans.
    
Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose.
    
The drying of the linen will be done, if necessary, with the common dryer. However, it is tolerated up to 10 hours near the accommodation, provided that it is discreet and does not bother the neighbors.
    
Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to plant nails in trees, to cut branches, to plant.

 

11. Security

After each entry and exit, the land access gate must remain permanently locked.

a) Fire.

    
Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in hazardous conditions.
    
The ban on smoking in public places must be respected.
    
In case of fire, immediately notify the management and refer to the instructions posted at the cottage. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary.
    
A first aid kit is in the locker room.

 


b) Vol.

The camper keeps the responsibility for his own installation and must inform the person in charge of the presence of any suspect person. Customers are advised to take the usual precautions for backing up their equipment.

 

12. Games

No violent or awkward play can be organized near the facilities.
The common room can not be used for hectic games.
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.

 

13. Violation of the rules of procedure

In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these rules, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, to give notice to the latter to stop the disturbances. .

In the event of a serious or repeated infraction of the internal rules and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract.

In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may appeal to the police.

 

II. - General conditions applicable to members of Loisir et Soleil

1. Conditions of admission and residence

Anyone submitting an application must provide the information necessary to establish his file.

Subsequently, the member must inform the Committee of any changes in his personal situation in order to keep his file up to date.

Any new member, to be admitted to frequent the ground, will have to

    
Having received a favorable opinion after studying his file,
    
Have paid the full amount of his contribution.

An entrance fee is required for each new member. It is paid with the first contribution, the amount of which is determined at the General Assembly.

2. Receipt of new members

It is the responsibility of the members of the Board of Directors to receive new members. In the absence of the members of the Board of Directors, the members must take the initiative of the reception. She must be frank, courteous and cordial.

Very quickly, human and friendly contacts must be established between old and new members.

The Ethics Committee will participate in their welcome

 

3. Relationships between members

If it seems normal that people group themselves by affinity, on the other hand, the formation of divisive clans is formally forbidden. The most perfect fellowship must reign among all members.

4. Naturism practice

As soon as atmospheric conditions permit, complete nudity is compulsory for everyone and on the whole terrain except for car parks where it is totally forbidden.

Any violator of this provision may be subject to sanctions, not only from the Club Committee, but also from a court order if a complaint were to be filed by a third party.

The "Leisure and Sun" Club declines any responsibility vis-à-vis people who do not observe this clause of the rules of procedure.

Members wishing to keep their clothes near them at the pool, are invited to undress and put on the cloakroom.

5. Visitors

Members wishing to visit the land to relatives or friends interested in naturism must first inform the Board of Directors and comply with the financial regulations in force.

Visitors must comply with the rules of procedure. Any failure will be sanctioned by an immediate expulsion.

Any minor will have to provide in advance an authorization from his parents, if they do not accompany him.

The visit will be made on an agreed date and in the presence of a member of the Administrative Committee.

Adherents of other Naturist Clubs must present the updated Club Card and naturist license and pay the amount set by the Administrative Committee each year for each visit. There is no one-day membership fee for Club members, who, in order to gain access to the land, must pay the full annual membership fee. Special cases will be reviewed annually by the Administrative Committee.

6. Rates

The rates are approved by the general meeting after the proposal of the Board of Directors. Contributions are payable by check, money order or holiday vouchers.

In no case will cash payments be accepted, checks and money orders will be made payable to "LOISIR et SOLEIL" of Saint-Etienne.

Settlement must be done by January 31st.

Membership fees are required by March 31st.

After these dates, an increase of 10% will be applied, plus stimulus fees.

The payment of the contribution gives right to the knowledge of the padlock number of the portal of entry, changed the 01 of April and not communicable.

Any contribution paid during the year ceases to have effect on March 31 of the following year. The attendance of the ground will be able to take place only once paid the amount of the contribution.

Members whose caravans have been parked for more than 15 days in the car park must pay a monthly sum, the amount of which is set by the General Assembly. Every month started is due.
