After-sun lotion recipe

Cut an aloe vera leaf in half, crush the transparent flesh without taking the green part and then mix it. (150 to 200g per sheet)

Add the same amount of coconut oil.

Then add:
- 10 drops of liquid vitamin E
- 10 drops of true lavender essential oil
- 10 drops of peppermint essential oil

Keep in the refrigerator

For a protection class: 30

Bottle of ~ 150ml

Melt in a water bath:
- 45g olive oil or sweet almond, jojoba, sesame....
- 40g coconut oil
- 20g shea butter

Then add:
- 50g zinc oxide (not nano)
- 10 drops of liquid vitamin E
- 10 drops of true lavender essential oil
- 3 drops of peppermint essential oil

Mix it all together
